Description

Just had a really hard rain/ thunderstorm and every time that happens the storm water drain at the end of our cul-de-sac floods. Request it be cleaned.

    Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, stated he had been informed a DPU supervisor would contact him after DPU attempted to service the drain & was unable to resolve the issue. Caller states flooding issue is ongoing in area during rainfall
