- Staff · June 10, 2021M 1. An inspection was made with the homeowner, Mr. Creer, of the area identified by the green checkered line. 2. Although there was no flooding present at the time of inspection there were water lines, brush gatherings, and other indications of frequent flooding. 3. The added blue lines and circles are indications of the direction of water flow and the area where the pooling is occurring. 4. The brown squiggle line is a tree and brush line that israised appearing to block the pooling water from continuing on it’s intended course to Glenan Dr. and more pointedly Glenan Dr. and Grandel Dr. intersection. 5. There is a fence line in the rear of the properties that seems to be the water course between Autumn Ln. and Grandel Dr. as the properties seem to down grade from their respective streets to this rearmost point. Note: Mr. Creer, when asked, stated he had lived at that address for twelve years and this issue had been ongoing and consistant.
- Staff · June 10, 2021M The issue of ponding and flooding are being caused by obstacles and/or barriers blocking the intended sheet-flow from reaching its destination. This is a private property matter and there fore this request shall be closed.
