Also S/S Hospital St 1st W/O N. 4th Street, changed 250/240 luminaire on lamp #22901, and N/S Hospital St 1st W/O N. 4th Sttreet changed 250/240 luminaire on lamp #22936. All work was done by MF/JF/JL on 6/4/21
