- Staff · June 3, 2021Upon my assessment of this location it was difficult to pulling the basin top from it placement as it had a cake up with a foreign substance around it; it also had a grease like substances around the basin location and sidewalk. Water was still standing within the basin itself. Water itself was white in color. The roof from this location had being draining by the owner this past weekend from the rain we received he notice that the basin itself was not taking water correctly. There is a restaurant that is on Grace that may be possible illicit discharge items from the restaurant into the Drop inlet at this location. The basin itself does need to be clean for service which will be schedule.
