Description

Citizen states that when it rains, sediment forms at the mouth of the storm drain. He has been shoveling this for years and can no longer do this. Citizen would like to be contacted when the engineer comes out to discuss a resolution.

    The ditch has items placed in the ditch line that needs to be removed, knocked on the door and I called the citizen and left a message.
