Description
Every time it rains, the water gathers in the street (on Lamont, all the way from Whitby to Brookland) and just STANDS for days. Eventually, over the course of a week or so, it drains. The storm water drain is not working! The water stands and causes sludge to gather, and it stinks!!! We also have HORRIBLE mosquito problems here, presumably a result of so much standing water.
