- System · August 26, 2021Citizen is calling again regarding request from June. Called was placed to dispatch and I was informed a follow-up request would be put in today. Citizen states there is standing water, foul odor, mosquitoes, water has turned dark green, area is saturated, water flowing from meter in the street.
