Description

Gravel has sunk down far below the alley level, so there is 2 feet of standing water for several days after rains. It is a mosquito breeding ground, grows green algae. I have reported this many times, and it is marked completed, but nothing is done.

    This location was investigated by DPU personnel N. Sumpter, the location is free and clean of any sediment and debris. All basins at this location are sub basins and are directly connect to the storm-water independent system. It is not on combine sewer system
