Description

Drain is CLOGGED! Flooding into yard and into street! Flooding almost to house. Please stop putting in your bogus “comments” about this request being “assigned” and “assessed”. They are City of Richmond tricks over here ALLLL THE TIME! They hang out at the little shoulder right before my house. Please have one of them fix this when they are over here. Ridiculous!
