Description
We are contacting the Department of Public Utilities in connection with a worsening drainage and erosion problem on the property located at 5318 Sylvan Road [Parcel ID Number: S0060213001]. Attached is Survey Plat showing Lot 1, Block G, Section E, Westover Hills, and I am using it as a point of reference. The entire 130.17' ditch and 10' drainage easement, separating our yard from the C.S.X. Railroad track is very quickly eroding and now encroaching into our backyard. We would appreciate scheduling a day and time, in the next couple of days, to inspect the area and come up with a solution.
