This location is suffering several defects due to the nearby tree, (3 ft. away). The gutter pan/curb has raised on the right side of inlet mouth and crack in the center of the mouth. Photo included. The roots have also grown through the mortar joint one course below the deck. It is suggested this location, due to the tree's close proximity, be assessed by the Urban Forestry Division to provide instruction as to how to proceed without damaging the trees roots or bark cover.
