Storm inlet has been investigated. A portion of the upper lip has chipped away from the structure however the inlet is safe and operating correctly. A nearby tree's roots are starting to lift the inlet(s)concrete vault covering as well as the surrounding sidewalk. this incident will be reported to urban forestry for assessment before any demolition can occur.
