street light is completely obscured by trees and is not effective. was never upgraded to LED like all the rest.

    Light was not upgraded because there were baby birds nesting in the lights. We have had a total of 20 lights with baby birds. After they leave the nest the light will be trimmed and replaced. If you have questions please contact Streetlights Superintendent Tracy Wright at 804-646-8565.
