  Investigation into this request found a newly installed mailbox with some of the dirt in ditch along with leaves and debris that needs to be cleaned out. the inlet of the driveway pipes was not visible at time of investigation. This request will be given to supervisor for work scheduling

  Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, states situation began in November of 2020 with a DPU employee measuring the culvert in ditch who told caller pipe would have to be replaced. DPU has called citizen 3 times so that he can move his car ahead of work being done on the property, but caller states no work has been completed yet. Transferred caller to DPU General in case further assistance could be offered regarding work schedule
