CITIZENS HAS REQUEST SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND ASSESSED HER PROPERTY AND GRAVEL IS IN THE PLACE OF THE COLBERT POLE STOPING THE WATER FROM FLOWING THRU. THE WATER IS BACKING IN HER YARD.
