Description

The stench of human urine in the streets is nauseatingly overwhelming. This is a public health hazard as well as a demonstration of poor hygiene. Please work to wash the sidewalks and curbs along this block and surrounding blocks containing a noticeable stench with a biodegradable soap, industrial scrubbing brush, and water. Thank you
