- Staff · July 8, 2021Some of the information in the initial comments section is misleading. The tree of concern is actually on the side of the address next to the alley. I have spoken with the homeowner and he has explained thesaid tree has become an issue to the power lines near the branches and the falling branches when weighted with snow and ice. I also explained that this was an Urban Forestry issue and that he could resubmit an RVA311 request through Urban Forestry,in addition I would still enter these comments and forward these findings to Urban Forestry.
