Citizen reported that there are gaps that have formed around the concrete making holes. utility team marked it with the orange cones a year ago but they never came back and fixed it. location is at the intersection of Chatham road and laburnum park blvd right next to the citizens address

- Staff · May 24, 2021M Photo included: Contact has been made with citizen as well as an on-site inspection. Gaps and holes around inlet structure have been filled, seeded, and made safe. Location will remain under inspection status and monitored to identify any structure breech.
- Staff · May 29, 2021Location has been made safe and referred to Annual Contractor to correct cavitation. DPU Stor m Water Personnel has confirmed broken storm water pipe and voids in inlet walls by performing a Dye Test. In-House Engineer advised of the situation.
