- Staff · May 17, 2021M This issue is a driveway pipe, the entire pipe is 50% filled with built up dirt and debris. The slow drainage combined with the property downgrade from street to residence is washing any grass growth away. Pipe needs to be cleaned and possible ditch maintenance. Photo included.
