Description
The address has a hole on the citizen side of the sidewalk that appears to have happened from the ground caving in around the water marker (per citizen). The hole is now the home for rodents and needs to be corrected and filled.

- System · July 15, 2021Caller aslo states it was determined the sewer line is broken by DPU, lines were indicated in the street where the lines are broken, caller states the water pressure is low; nothing has been done regarding the sewer line.
- System · July 29, 2021Caller has been calling since May with multiple complaints regarding sinkhole in the sidewalk where rodents coming out on the side of caller's home and on the front porch. It was determined on 6/14/21 the area need to dye tested and referred for further investigation. Caller states no one has come out for investigation. The rodents are now coming in the caller's home. There are several broken sewer lines determined by the COR and broken lines are still in the street. Transfer made to DPU and will follow-up with CSR Manager A. Hampton. Correction of last name ELAM and not ELOM.
