- Staff · May 1, 2021Cityworks ID: 443565
- Staff · May 14, 2021As stated the gutter pan has lifted due to the nearby tree roots growing under and pushing up the gutter pan gradient. The mentioned roots are within 5' of the pine tree truck and will therefore be submitted to urban forestry for evaluation.
- Staff · September 15, 2022There is a pine tree within four feet of the curb line and the roots have pushed the curb and gutter up aprox. 5" disturbing the flow line and causing gradient issues as well as vegetation to grow in the gutter pan further impeding the intended flow.
- Staff · August 27, 2024A detailed report on this location to include the proximity issue of the nearby tree to Urban Forestry. 5-18-2021 @ 0748.
