Description

Whatever pipe that carried water under Pine Crest and south down Byswick Ln is clogged, causing water to overflow and flood residential buildings. The storm drain has not been maintained since the city acquired the property from Chesterfield County in 1970. They wanted white people's votes back then, but now the district is mostly Black and has been woefully ignored. Residents on Faye St, in a mostly white district, were given a brand new storm drain in 2013. Residents in this district are told told contact NBC12 to have issues addressed by the city to whom the residents pay taxes. FIX THIS PROBLEM.
