- Staff · July 9, 2021After meeting with the homeowner and observing the "backyard" and surrounding land features it is determined the situation is a private issue caused by a low cut trench at the back fence line combined witha rise in the neighbors yard cutting off the intended flow line between the houses and out to Huntsman Rd.
