- Staff · June 28, 2021The comments entered above are not completely accurate. The issue is a broken asphalt ditch... about five to seven linear feet leading up to a driveway culvert pipe. The culvert pipe is not damaged, only the asphalt ditch. I have made contact with Urban Forestry, Janine Lester, and inquired whether or not they had put in an Asphalt Restoration Request. The reply said the issue would be relayed to their personnel responsible for that area.
