- Staff · May 13, 2021M UPDATE : The Inlet Repair Crew (IRC) has been assigned and responded to this location. During demolition a large cavitation was exposed in the curbline directly in front of the inlet to be repaired. A water test was done and the cavitation is tied to the sanitary pipe approximately 9' below the roads surface. The GIS infrastructure map (attached photo) and on-site observation indicates the pipe is within a few feet of the gutter pan (GP) if not directly under the GP. The pipe, where it expels into the manhole, is twelve terracotta. The IRC has suspended it's efforts to repair in lieu of the repairs needed to correct the sanitary pipe issue. A report on these finding will be arranged and submitted to the storm water and wastewater division heads for review.
