After inspection of the area there is a need for a ditch cut (approx. 50') and futhermore a pipe jetting conducted on both the 9710 and nextdoor 9720 Bellingham Land address. Photos have been added to givea visual of the mentioned hole. Water leak emergency service has been contacted to investigate the constant water flow coming up through the asphalt in the street at the driveway entrance.

The CW Request address and the address next door need the driveway pipes jetted to restore proper water flow.

The ditch from 9710 needs to be cleaned to 3046 Weymouth Drive and culverts need cleaning. There is water coming out of the ground and the citizen had the City test the water and found that the water was notCity water. The ground needs to dry up in order to grade the ditch. The driveway culvert my need to be replaced.
