    All work is complete, at S/S of E. Marshall Street 3rd W/O N. 7th Street, removed fuse link hard wired in base, at lamp #35394. At S/S E. Marshall St 1st W/O N. 7th St. removed fuse link hard wired in base. At N/S E. Marshall St 2nd W/O N. 7th Street, install new ballast recabled pole. All work done by CH/JB/JL on 4/23/21
