- Staff · December 14, 2022D. Rivers assess this request for service. Spoke with Ms. Crumpler onsite. Found: The right side of the yard facing the roadway (next to the driveway) has evidence of water ponding. No City drainage assets at this location found to be the root cause of the water ponding. Ms. Crumpler indicated that the problem has gotten better since her request was submitted. No easement appear to be on this side of the property but there does appear to be a utility easement in the rear howbeit no drainage asset found. Photos taken in adding to the request in CityWorks. Citizen advise that her request will be closed but she could call back if the problem occurs again. Ms. Crumpler noted that some work ondone by her neighbors or a pipe burst that could be some of the problem. Citizen was advise the the grade of the yard is likely the root cause & that would be a private property issue.
