Description
The storm drain adjacent to our property runs into a creek behind our house. Between the drain and the pipe that lets the water flow into the creek the ground had begun to sink creating massive holes deeper than a foot that are a major safety hazard. I would like someone to come out and fill the holes being created by the storm drain running through our property.

- Staff · August 12, 2021M After a thorough area investigation it is noted a 36" reinforced concrete pipe section has shifted both compromising the flow line and also separating to cause dirt infiltration and cavitation. Changing dispatch assignment from Inlet Repair Crew to Cavitation Crew.
