- System · June 11, 2021Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, states problem area is ditch on side of Minefee Street & that heavy storms cause the drains & manholes in the area to back up & bubble during rainfall

- Staff · July 8, 2021The area has been inspected and ditch maintenance and storm drain service are needed to restore the proper storm water conveyance. I have included an attachment of the GIS infrastructure mapping to identify the areas of concern.
- Staff · July 8, 2021A follow up visit during a significant rain storm (Elsa) provided little evidence of flooding in the area. The previously mentioned ditch, although having noticeable organic obstruction, was conveying the rushing water correctly and the storm inlets were also operating without flooding. Only the storm drain in front of the 2112 Wright Av. address was not collecting the rain but rather letting it pass to the connecting ditch-line. No flooding present during active heavy rainstorm event.
