    Follow up: The water backs up really badly and it blocks the wheel chair ramp.

    M Per Crew Chief, N. Sumpter stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum
