Citizen is not sure of how many lamps are out. She did make a suggestion of LED lights/ to save money Lights along the whole street.

    We are currently only replacing lights in district #8 with LED, eventually we will service all districts.

    These lights doesn't belong to the COR, they are DOM lights. Per DJ/KJ on 4/15/21. I will email someone in DOM to investigate (4/19/21) for I'm unable to create a ticket.
