- Staff · April 19, 2021From 2851 Penrose and houses in between to 2811 to crossroad pipe has settlement in ditch ditch needs to be skim cut and pipes jetted with high pressure water to clean to relieve water flow these ditches have standing water so will have to be done with the excavator or backhoe
