- Staff · April 19, 2021M This location has a long history of recurring issues. The list of Storm Water citizen requests starts in Nov. 2006 until the present. The list of requests are as follows: 10823, 30999, 80059,136043, 195603, 256775, to the present, 442148. Lattie Dark was the first to inspect and comment on this location followed by Howard Glenn, Lewis Evans, T'Darryl Hite, and Horace Todd. This location is located midway between the two closest intersections to either sides of the house. One four houses away, the other five houses away. Five of the last six inspections and comments indicate the same problem, the tree(s) root pushing up the gutter pan so that that gradient is no longer effective and causing waterto stagnate. Each of the previous related request has also stated the issue would be given to Roadway maintenance for repair. From 2005 to present this location has been called into storm water, noted and transferred to Roadway maint, closed by Roadway Maint., and then called in again to repeat the same cycle. Again, there is no storm drain at this location, this is a curb and gutter issue.
