Repair Stormwater Drain

Description

this is a drainage system under my driveway slip and the metal drainage pipe is damaged and clogged from years of dirt. New driveway slip after inserting a new drainage pipe. We also need heavy machinery to create a graduated slop to a drainaged ditch the city dug years ago that is falling in. It needs to be sloped and graduated and a new drainage pipe inserted and then new driveway slip put in.

  The "Problem Description applied to this request is incorrect. The caller, Wendy Rogers, indicates damage but not to a an inlet or basin, but rather to a driveway pipe causing failure continual water conveyance system. In other words the caller thinks the pipe has become ineffective do to the dirt and debris build up within it. This request' problem description will be changed to "Storm Drain Problem" and dispatched to the storm water driveway pipe replacement supervisor.

  The driveway culvert needs to be replaced 12 x 20 and the ditch needs maintenance. 3509 has small rocks in the ditch.
