Description
In the middle the day on Sunday 4/11/21 a brown rat ran from one storm drain to the other and the from the 2nd sewer onto the sidewalk and toward the next house. We were so shocked that we did not take a photo but determined we should report.

- Sewer on NW corner to sewer on SW corner then running down sidewalk toward 516 W. 25th St. (Number address may be wrong.)
