    There is a low point in the intersection that is ponding however there is also construction socks on two of the eight inlets that are also contributing to the issue. A further review of the intersection after the construction socks are removed is warranted.

    M Per Crew Chief, N. Sumpter stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
