  Customer states she has been calling for 10 years. The concern is that the water floods into caller's home when it rains due to broken pipe. The water is y. Caller state there his damage home due to water not flowing because pipeline is not working property. Please call when coming out.

  DPU Personnel contacted the citizen on 4/15/2021 to get a better understanding of the request: What is mean by drain valve? Mr. Grinter explained he is referring to a clogged pipe in the rear of the alley. He has stated pipe has been cleaned before with shovel by city. Assessment underway.
