Description

Citizen reported infestation of rats coming from the sewer. they are over the citizen foundation of the home and their deck. he stated that about 16 years ago this happened and city had placed black boxes for bait. citizen stated he counted at least 15 rats

they enter from the ground and they have made Burroughs in the ground..
