Joyner & was told to expect cleaning service but hasn't heard back for the past 2 months despite leaving multiple voice messages. Caller stated issue was primarily in the front & sides of her property, & that the ditch flooding issue affected the whole block. Transferred caller to DPU general assistance line for further assistance
