Description
The city just redid the sidewalks along the 1400 Block of E Cary St. They look great. When the work happened the city contractor removed two gutter troughs that carried roof water from down spouts on 1417 E Cary St to the road way. I'm concerned that in the winter there will be an issue with standing water and ice because of this. From what I understand once the city is made aware of an issue they are civil liable if some thing happens in the future. Just want to get it documented. Cary St has a lot of pedestrian foot traffic and some one could get hurt next winter.
