- Staff · March 30, 2021Ditch maintenance is needed from the corner of Broad Rock and Horner Lane to the cross the road culvert at Evergreen Ave. Debris, sediment and leaves are blocking the ditch and culverts. I spoke with Ms. Hudson on 3/25/21 the request will be started within 180 days when ground conditions are good.
