Description
On February 22 I filed a report with 311 regarding the stormwater drain outside of our house backing up with every rain storm. On March 1 it was updated to say a supervisor would be in touch within 15 days. It has now been 17 working days and we haven’t heard anything. The issue persists. The water backs up out of the drain and covers the sidewalk and blocks the wheelchair access from the sidewalk to the street. When might we be hearing something as to when this drain will be cleaned? It is located on the south side of Grace at the corner of Sheppard. Thank you.
