Description

Work originally requested on DPU3995 and DPU4670. Per 311, 4670 was closed on 3/18/21 - "pipe replaced and ditch cleaned". It doesn't appear that any work was done. Pipe was definitely not replaced. Please clean, and/or replace stormwater drain.
