Description

MR EDMONDS STATES THAT THERE IS A PIPE THAT IS SLOWLY LEAKING IN THE STREET IN THE FRONT OF HIS HOME THAT IS CAUSING WATER PRESSURE ISSUES IN HIS HOME. HE WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND HELP ASSIST.
