SEE BELOW FOR A REQUEST SUBMITTED IN OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR. THE DRAIN IS STILL CLOGGED AND DEBRIS IS PILING UP AND GROWING INTO CARY STREET , WITH THIS DRAIN BEING CLOGGED IT PUSHES FLOOD WATER ALL THE WAY DOWN N SHEPPARD STREET BETWEEN FLOYD AND GR
