Description
Sunken curbside and road near the fire hydrant on the the corner of 16th and Albany Ave, 23224. On the corner of lot 1601 Albany Ave 23224. The street where the roadways from 16th and Albany meet has sunken down on the corner and continually accumulates and holds water at a large proportion. This standing water causes ice accumulation, from corner to corner on Albany, making the road hazardous and during the summer causes a severely high level of mosquitoes in our neighborhood and has become a threat and hazard to health and well-being of our community.
