Caller states construction being built in area (703 & 705 W 28th St) have ongoing issues with contractors striking underground stream in area, causing flooding that continues through other resident's backyards before draining in nearby creek

- Staff · March 18, 2021M There is an easement here, however there is no system to capture the runoff. This request needs to be researched further to see if a solution to the standing water and saturated ground can be corrected.
