Description
After one hard rain or several days of steady rain, water will stand (or drain super slowly) in this location due to a poor storm water drainage system. The storm water drainage system for the entire neighborhood is faulty. Ditches and drains need to be cleared. They need maintenance. Someone needs to come out and examine the entire neighborhood. The water stands and develops this green slim and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
