- Staff · March 8, 2021No leaking water meter was located in the alley behind 3914 Grove Ave. however standing water is present in the low spots of the alley. The picture given depicts a recent repair behind 3918 Grove Ave.. However as stated no leaks in this area are present. A leak was noticed further down the alley behind 3909 Hanover Ave. and the fresh water coming up from the ground was noticeable. The 3909 Hanover address has been called in to dispatch for response.
